
He is the youngest person to graduate from Deliverance Bible Institute of Newark, N.J. His love for the word and thirst for knowledge led him to Shaw University of Raleigh, N.C. There he served as campus Pastor, President of the Theological fraternity, President of the Sophomore Class and University Evangelist. Pastor Young received his Bachelor of Arts in Behavior Science and Religion in only three (3) years.
During his junior year at Shaw University, he met the lovely Lutherine Glenn. The Lord has blessed their union with four wonderful children: April, Keith Jr., Kendall, and Kenthany, as well as a son-in-law; two daughter-in-laws, and five grandchildren.
In May 2002, Pastor Young and the Vision for Souls Family built a $2.7 million facility at 6519 Factory Shoals Road in Mableton, Georgia. The new home of the Vision for Souls Family Worship Center has a full-court basketball gymnasium, a family boutique, a full service academy, an administrative wing and much more.
In April 2004, with the opening of Vision for Souls Family Worship Center West in Douglasville, Georgia, the Vision for Souls ministry became one church in two locations. The vision of reaching millions of souls and the development of the total family is the focal point and basis of this ministry.
Today the Vision for Souls Family Worship Center has over 800 members, a full office staff and 32 incorporated auxiliaries. Vision for Souls also hosts a weekly television broadcast and many other outreach ministries.
Pastor Young presently serves as Vice-President of the Word In Action Fellowship of Pastors, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
